Is Your Shop Delivering that “WOW! Experience?”

Is your auto repair shop delivering that WOW! Experience that gets customers raving?When it comes to customer service, that “WOW! Experience” is what gets customers coming back through your door again and again. It also makes for some great word-of-mouth marketing. So how do you know if your shop is delivering that “WOW! Experience?”

Here are some tell-tale signs:

  1. You’ll hear your customers saying things like, “Wow! This the best service I’ve ever received at a shop!,” “I’m going to tell all my friends about the great service you provide!,” “I love bringing my car here!”
  2. They won’t complain about the prices you charge because the services you provide are invaluable.
  3. They’ll let you know they’ll recommend you to their family, friends, and business associates…and they’ll do it (quite often, too)!
  4. You’ll recieve compliments about how clean your shop, waiting room and bathrooms look.
  5. Your customers will greet you with a smile and a friendly “hello” when they see you outside of your shop. They may even go out of their way to introduce you to anyone they are with at the moment!
  6. You’ll recieve lots of positive on-line reviews and recommendations from all your raving, happy fans.
