WOW! Experience™ Training Programs

Motorhead Advantage is currently in the process of developing dynamic, interactive training programs to help you and your employees deliver exceptional customer service. While the programs are not available yet, here’s what you can expect to receive from any one of our WOW! Experience™ training programs:

How it Works:

Each WOW! Experience™ training program will be administered through a self-serve, web-based training portal. When you sign yourself, a manager or an employee up for a specific training program, we’ll send you a link to the program along with an individual username and password for each person. Training will be done individually so if you want to train more than one employee each will receive his or her own log-in information. Once each employee successfully completes their WOW! Experience™ training program, they will receive a Certificate of Completion. Additionally, the skills you and they learned are reinforced each month with our on-line coaching component. It’s simple, yet effective and helps you deliver consistent and exceptional service to your customers.

Once our training portal is launched, you’ll be able to choose one or more WOW! Experience™ training programs from the following menu:

  • Business Owner Boot-Camp with the following modules:
    • Building Your Vision/Mission Statement

    • Creating a Welcoming Shop
  • Supervisor Essentials Boot-Camp (for shop owners and/or managers) with the following modules:
    • Legal Considerations (Employment Law)
    • The Interview and Hiring Process
    • Performance Management
    • Employee Disciplinary Process
  • Sales & Service Skills Boot-Camp with the following modules:
    • Basics of Customer Service
    • The ABCs of Selling
    • Be a Better Listener
    • How to Talk to Women
    • Improve the Waiting Room Experience
    • Proper Phone Skills & Etiquette
